  1. How long are shipping times?
    Your products will ship within 2-4 days of your order, and then depending on your location, it will take 2-6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Read our Shipping Policy.

  2. What's your return policy?
    Instead of returning the items, you can contact us to let us know what went wrong with your product. If item does not match up to what you were promised or is damaged along the way, just send us a picture of it and we will do a refund or resend you the package. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. If possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. Read our Refund Policy.

  3. Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are possible if the item has not been processed and shipped. Kindly understand that we will not be able to cancel the order once item has left our warehouse.

  4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

  5. Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, let us know and we will arrange for a new one.
