Shipping policy

All orders are handled and shipped out directly from our warehouses located in multiple countries with different partners. We work with different warehouses to ensure more efficient shipping to you. Kindly note items from the same order may be sent to you separately depending on our stocks availability. You will receive a tracking reference for each item sent.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 7-20 days
Oceania: 10 - 20 days
Europe: 5 - 15 days
Other countries: 10 - 35 days

Do note that due to the current coronavirus situation, shipping in many countries are delayed due to logistical challenges. Please place an order only if you can wait up to 60 days for the item to arrive. We will do our best to arrange shipping with the fastest courier available to your country.

Processing Times

We usually process and ship out your order within 2-4 business days from the date of order. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Note that we do not process and ship orders on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.

Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will assist you to resolve the situation.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How can I cancel my order?
We only allow cancellations if item has not shipped from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please send us an email with your Order ID reference number.
