Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! Our refund policy aims to provide customers with security and peace of mind.
Returns
Instead of returning the items, you can contact us to let us know what went wrong with your product. If item does not match up to what you were promised or is damaged along the way, just send us a picture of it and we will do a refund or resend you the package. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.
Replacements (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective/damaged/wrong variant. Send us an email at support@casaticks.com with supporting images of the item. We will verify the issue and notify you about the new replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, simply email us at support@casaticks.com with your Order ID (beginning with letters 'CT') and let us know about the problem, be sure to put clear photos of the product with the defect on display or the wrong product that you received.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Your request will be evaluated within 3 business days. Once the problem is verified, we will contact you by email and you can choose one of the following alternatives below:
-Receive a refund of the amount paid.
-Receive a new product equal to the one ordered or similar product.
-Receive a coupon with the product value to use for future purchases.
A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you did not receive your refund 3-4 working days after we confirm the refund:
1. Double check your bank account statement to ensure you did not miss the record.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
